Ando is an experienced real estate and finance professional with over 2 decades of development and finance history. He has personally managed the purchase and exit of existing and/or undeveloped real estate projects, revamping the value and design for resale or to hold as income producing assets. He has a vast array of knowledge in real estate development, creative finance, negotiating deals and project management.

As a very strong negotiator, Ando brings a new art form in the process of getting a deal under contract and bringing the project to life. Where other’s see a challenge, Ando see’s opportunity and value. His experience provides a great amount of value in private money finance, real estate design/build and management.

Besides spending time with his wife and 2 young children on his off days, Ando loves to spend time playing the piano, hiking and creating new adventures with his family and friends.

A hybrid of two worlds, an artist with technical experience, an experience that was years in the making. His career began in the automotive aftermarket industry. It was there where Evee changed his way of delivering marketing materials and providing solutions to increase awareness of the products and services. During this time, he switched gears into designing and developing websites to offer a more practical solution to businesses with a touch of creativity.

Because he was able to master both design and development, including email campaigns, Evee took a chance to operate his own marketing agency and the solutions began to grow in different industries and finally in the HVAC industry. During this time, he has covered companies in various diverse and unique industry sectors.

He served in various senior management positions in corporate and investment banking, agri- business financing, equipment financing and leasing for logistics, industrial and transportation

equipment, electronic manufacturing services, and the diplomatic foreign government sector. Eduardo holds a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara and an MBA in corporate finance and international business from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, UK.
